Job Summary
This industry leading firm of Property and finance specialists are currently looking to expand their share within the corporate market by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager
The successful individual will be responsible for;
·Achieving and exceeding set targets.
·Establishing contacts at a strategic level and build business relationships with companies that fall into the companies business remit.
·To fully understand all areas under the company's umbrella and sell best sell all divisions to the company's new and existing clientele
·To introduce subsidiary management to corporate customers and assist them with the sales process.
·To ensure that all existing clients are kept up to speed current regulation and maintaining the business relationship.
·Liasing with Executives, directors of firms, lenders, packagers, property companies.
The successful candidate will have;
·Extensive knowledge of the housing and financial services markets.
·Existing relationships with large corporate organisations
·A proven track record in with business development/key account management
·The ability to present at board level within national and multinational companies.
·The time and desire to cover all areas of the UK and be prepared work away from home for several days of the week (when necessary)
In return you will receive:
·A basic salary upwards of £45,000 (Negotiable on past performance and level)
·A competitive bonus and benefits package inc, company car allowance, pension, PMI etc.
