Job Description
A leading European Investment Bank is looking for an HR Talent Analyst to join a busy team in providing analytical support to the various specialist teams within the business.
You will be required to work with a number of business partners across the specialist HR functions, such as Campus and Experienced hire Recruiting, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Diversity. It is essential that you are able to build relationships quickly and gain and understanding of their business areas. Main responsibilities will include: Providing regular and ad-hoc HR metrics to ensure the business is fully aware of trends and key drivers; Developing analytical tools and processes to deliver reports and metrics, and providing input for enhancements and improvements to HR systems and tools. You will work with confidential information and be required to work to tough deadlines.
You must have worked as an HR / Talent Analyst, ideally within the Financial Services Sector. You will be efficient at using Business Objects and be advanced in Excel.
