Job Description
A Mid Sized Financial Services organisation based in the City is looking for an HR Manager to join the HR Team in January 2009 to provide operational advice to the business. You must have experience of working within the Financial Services sector.
Our client is looking for you to report into the HR Director and assist with the daily HR Generalist duties. You will be working with MacLagan to run the Compensation and Benefits review process; Advise the business on best practice HR policies and procedure; Conduct any disciplinaries or grievances; Work with the Directors regarding Internet Analysis and work on the various projects that are ongoing, such as Succession Planning.
You must be CIPD qualified and have previous experience of working at this level and within the Financial Services, have strong C&Bs experience and an in depth understanding of employment law and managing ER issues.
