Job Description
A Top Tier Investment Bank based in the Docklands is looking for an HR Manager to support the Finance division
You will be expected to advise and manage on generalist areas in HR. Key responsibilities will include: Liaising with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure the most effective recruitment processes are functioning in line with the business objectives - this will involve interviewing and assessing at assessment centres and conducting exit interviews; Advising and coaching managers through employee relations and conducting disciplinaries and grievances; Monitoring employees performance by reviewing performance reports, and working with the Learning and Development teams to ensure employees receive appropriate training; Advising line managers on suitable compensation levels for employees and making sure the companies philosophy and practices are understood.
Our client is looking for you to have previous experience of working in an HR Generalist role within the Financial Service Sector, be a natural leader and advisor who ideally has worked with a Finance division, who can understand the client groups focus and manage the group teams' accordingly.
