Job Description
This leading investment banking group specialises in investment opportunities which are focused on green initiatives. They are a sharp, entrepreneurial and established business who are based in top grade offices in the city. They now seek a tenacious, senior Generalist who has a significant level of competence and experience in Reward. This role carries a highly competitive discretionary annual bonus.
In this role you would report to the recently appointed HR Director, a gentleman with a recent and extensive background in large scale, top tier investment banks. You will make up a team of 4 HR professionals who will deliver HR to 160 staff worldwide, the majority of whom are based in London. This role will see you as the No.2 for the team.
You must be a Generalist with demonstrable skills in Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Resourcing and HR Projects. You must have a very strong background in Compensation and Benefits, as you will be leading in this area. It is imperative you have significant experience in the following: Salary benchmarking against external data. Data models. Managing annual review processes. Strong knowledge in carried interest in funds. Deferred compensation arrangements. Equity based schemes and share option plans.
To be eligible for this position you must have significant experience in the financial and/or professional services sector. An ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of a business is vital.
