You will have the ability to prioritise your workload in order to ensure you deliver results in a highly pressurised environment. Essentially we are looking for self-confident applicants with good business acumen and an ability to think on their feet. Recruitment requires creativity, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed.
Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, with emphasis on developing strong business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for assignments from inception through to completion. From meeting with clients, account management, candidate sourcing and selection, tendering for business, career advice, salary and contract negotiations.
