Recruitment Business Partner - £35k Harlow
Four Month Contract - to be reviewed
Your demonstrable experience working as a recruiter in a recruitment agency; or the staffing department of a large global corporation will put you in good stead for this challenging position.
Relationship building is the name of the game; you will be liasing with senior business partners, agencies and an on site recruiters on a daily basis; therefore excellent communication is essential.
Your superb administration and organisation skills will enable you to be responsible for managing the cost effective and timely sourcing / selection of qualified candidates. You will also be actively building a pipeline of candidates where appropriate.
This is a superb opportunity to work with a market leader in Essex; your position varied, you will recruit right across a broad range of salaries up to £150k+.
