My client is a leading insurance firm that are seeking an HR Business Partner to join the HR team and work directly under the HR Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a company with drive and a positive outlook.
You duties as the HR Business Partner will include among other things dealing with any employee relation queries, Act as company representative in policies and procedure. Provide employment law advice, Project management and implementation of processes.
As the right person for this challenging and rewarding role you will be qualified to CIPD (or equivalent), you will be flexible and adaptable with a polite and courteous manner, you will have experience working in the professional services industries. Knowledge of using the Phoenix payroll system would be advantageous.
