Job Description
This large retail bank seeks a technically strong individual for a challenging Analyst position. Reporting to the Reward Manager for Incentive Design, you will be responsible for complex research and competitive analysis of base salary and incentive compensation data.
Working in a team of Analysts who support Reward Managers, you will assist in the development and implementation of incentive plans and programs. Your role will see you undertaking complex data analysis and research and providing support material to supplement research in support of the reward function.
You are a technically analytical, numerate and data rational individual with strong planning and organisational skills. Self motivated and team orientated, you have practical experience in a financial analysis, modelling or reward orientated environment. Exposure to a sales environment and the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets at advanced excel level, vital.
