Trainee Recruitment Consultants

We are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Contract and Permanent teams to help continue our expansion into new and existing markets.

Focused on niche areas, we have established teams delivering into Banking, Corporate Governance, Public Sector and Advisory areas. This strategy has enabled JP Gray to establish and take market share quickly.

• Comprehensive training programme to get you billing ASAP and to support you on an ongoing basis. All of the trainees recruited in the past 6 months have started placing in their 2^nd month.
• Career opportunities. Over the next 12 months we will expand our market coverage to include further sectors within Banking in the UK, and delivering into International markets, with a view to opening International offices as soon as possible.
• A true meritocracy - in the past 12 months, we have promoted several people to Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Manager positions. All started as trainees over the past 3 years.
• Incentives to reward outstanding performance. Recently, the Managing Director took 8 consultants, 3 of whom had less than 6 months experience for our high Achiever’s lunch. At present the consultants have individual targets to hit for a weekend trip to Marbella, Spain.
