Job Description
A leading London Fund of Hedge Funds is looking to appoint a senior Fixed Income portfolio analyst to work on its award winning platform alongside an experienced portfolio manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for both Fixed Income Investment Manager research and monitoring; you will have the following qualifications:
- Strong academics in finance
- At least five years experience in a similar senior manager monitoring/ research role
- A strong grasp of the fixed income manager global universe
- An outstanding knowledge of fixed income related instruments, portfolio theory, and security analysis
- An Advanced knowledge of fixed income attribution and Bloomberg is required
- The CFA qualification is highly desirable, though not required
You will be joining a small, highly successful team as a senior member of the Fixed Income portfolio, reporting directly to the Head Investment Manager and the Investment Committee. You will be supported by the junior analysts at the fund, and you will contribute to the evolution and improvement of the team’s analytical processes.
