Job Description
An Investment Support specialist is required for the sales & marketing team of a dedicated active investment management firm, with a strong focus on alternative strategies, offering premium investment solutions to discerning institutions, charities and private clients.
Based in London, the purpose of this role is to provide support to the investment managers within multi-manager, and the global sales and marketing teams.
The job holder will undertake supporting activities to facilitate the work of the in vestment management team servicing existing and potential client's needs. The position offers exposure to all areas of the firm's business units from global sales, and global marketing to operations, compliance, and fund administration.
Main tasks and responsibilities will be to co-ordinate and manage all client meetings, conference calls and videos between the client relationship manager and attendees. You will be responsible for the client experience from the beginning (sending invites, booking meeting rooms, ordering refreshments, setting up systems etc.) to the end (chasing for feedback and monitoring/analysing client meeting numbers). This will involve strong organisation skills due to volume.
Along with the attributes noted above, we seek solid candidates with good sales support and strong industry and related experience. A keen eye for quality control including consistency of information as well as presentational issues is required for this role.
