Job Description
An investment support assistant is required for a dedicated active investment management firm, with a strong focus on alternative strategies, offering premium investment solutions to discerning institutions, charities and private clients. The role is based in London's West End.
Main tasks and responsibilities will be to assist in the production of fund reports, manager contact reports and recommendations. You will supervise the collection of fund documentation for new investments (e.g. prospectuses, subscription documents), and you will also regularly coordinate the collection of investment prices.
A career background with some financial services experience is required with investment management experience being advantageous. This person must be an effective communicator, self-assured, proactive and confident. The role requires a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure, to varying deadlines.
