Job Description
A Reconciliations Manager is required for a leading global provider of investment products and solutions for private and institutional investors worldwide, designed to deliver absolute returns with low correlation to equity and bond market benchmarks.
As manager of the team the successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage a reconciliation department, both at a daily operational level, and in implementing strategic enhancements to the reconciliation function, where identified
- Ensure all product accounts are reconciled and signed off daily according to tight timescales, whilst monitoring and maintaining operational risk in the function
- Produce relevant team KPIs and KRIs, and implementing any additional controls and procedures to the reconciliation function where control or operational risks have been identified.
