Job Description
A fixed income client services professional, servicing hedge fund clients is required by an eminent international investment bank. The role is based in London.
The roles require close work with the sales teams and various departments across operations to ensure clients receive a high level of service.
As an integral part of the team, you will ultimately be responsible for clients' and marketers' interactions with operations, by addressing clients' incidents and clients' and marketers' queries on a timely basis for example for confirmations, settlement, new issues, fixings, payments and valuations.
You should have relevant product knowledge and experience of many of the following: client service, confirmations/ISDA, desk assistant, problem analysis and trade support. Good communication and client service skills are essential.
