Job Description
Responsible for the vetting, production and control of all documentation for the Loans & Agency Department including liaising with Solicitors and signing off on CP's for final closing of facilities
Advising the Marketing Departments on structuring facilities and other technical matters
Responsible for advising and training the Department on legal and technical documentation matters, including the Secondary Trading Section
Responsible for waivers and amendments for existing facilities
Responsible for portfolio of 200+ loans covers a wide spectrum of facilities, covering project finance, ship and aircraft loans, structured trade finance, commodity finance and many hybrid corporate transaction
