This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an enuthsiatic Assistant FX & Money Market Compensations Operations person. With over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.
This role will see you becoming an integral member of Foreign Exchange and Money Market Operations that primarily manage and settle high volume Foreign Exchange and Money Market STP exceptions within pre-defined deadlines.
Specific duties will include:
·To provide an excellent level of service to our customers and taking ownership of all enquires until resolution where applicable. Enhance the operational relationship between the company and its clients aiming for the minimum target of top 3 in industry benchmarking.
·Actively monitor trade flow and prioritise daily tasks to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of trades in accordance with the currency cut off targets.
·Construct SWIFT messages, MT 202 &103 and cover MT 103 along with free format messages MT 299, 199 and 999
Will have a solid understanding of Foreign Exchange and money markets as well as a good familiar working knowledge of Swift message types MT103, MT202, MT101, MT210. You must also have full knowledge of the Compensation rules and regulations pertaining to various currencies including but not exclusive EURO, GBP, USD, JPY, MXN, HKD, AUD, NZD, NOK, SEK, DKK.
