Client Services Administration
£18.00 - £20.00 Per Hour

Leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic Client Services Administrator.
The successful candidate will form part of the FX Client Service Operations team. This team is responsible for the Bank's Top Tier Platinum clients within Foreign Exchange, as well as providing support to the recently formed FX Corps Processing team located in Bangalore.
The role involves the following responsibilities:
*You will be expected to manage your own portfolio of clients, and deal with any client queries and settlement.
* You will ensure that all trades are confirmed within 48hours of booking and must justify to management those that are not.
* You will be responsible for any failed trades and exceptions that may occur.
* As vendor manager you will oversee and provide support to the FX Corps Processing team in Bangalore.
* You will liaise with other areas of the bank, including Front and Middle Offices as well as other areas within Operations.
*You will have the opportunity to attend client visits with the Service Relationship Management team.
You will need to have good client service skills and enjoy speaking to customers on a day to day basis often to resolve complex queries. You will ideally have FX knowledge gained from your previous roles within the investment banking sector. It would advantageous if you could speak French, Italian or Spanish.
Within this role you can expect to gain exposure to other areas within the bank and build up good working relationships with trading, sales and sales support. This role is ideal for those hoping to move into Service Relationship Management in the future.
