An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a leading global Private Equity house seeking to strengthen its emerging markets coverage.

The candidate will have extensive experience in executing M&A/PE deals across CEE markets (experience in and knowledge of the Turkish market would be highly advantageous).

Our client has an enviable reputation as a major player in international Private Equity with strong presence across TMT, Consumer and Retail, Industrials, Financial Services and Life Sciences. They have operations across the globe with funds covering both North and South America through to Europe and right across to Asia.

Based out of the London office, the successful individual will join the firm with between four and eight years of relevant experience behind them from either a leading investment bank or private equity fund. Typically when recruiting, our client looks for extremely high performers both in terms of academic achievement and professional career progression.

The individual joining this firm will need to have strong management experience and demonstrate a strong attitude towards and interest in emerging markets Private Equity. The current fundraising is almost complete and within the next few months the team will begin aggressively targeting potential acquisitions across the CEE region (largely Turkey), making this an extremely interesting opportunity for the right individual.

As well as the above, the individual must have enormous drive and determination and an ability to think independently and confidently about his/her ideas.

You will be an integral part of a growing team which currently consists of highly experienced individuals, each having excelled in every facet of their academic and professional career to date. The candidate must also have outstanding interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people effectively across all levels.
