Job Description
Investment Operations Administrator - Custody.
£27,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Package, based Leatherhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient Fund Administrator to join a well established Private Bank in a senior administrative role. Working for the securities and relationship management team you will be responsible for payment transfers, residual transfers and certified stock transfers as well liaising with a variety of departments. Working within the custody section of the department you will be working in a compliant and time effective manner and gaining an understanding and knowledge of our clients activities and products. You may also be expected to do undertake relevant professional exams in the future.
You should have at least one years experience within a PEP, ISA, corporate actions or custody role and be looking for a position in which to further your career. Excellent communication skills combined with a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must as is the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals and situations. A strong administrative and organisational background is also very important.
