Job Description
An Edinburgh based custodian is looking to take on a for approximately 4 months, with possible opportunities of contract extension. An excellent hourly rate is offered, with City Centre location.
The role is located within the call centre where the role holder will take incoming calls from customers / clients / Financial Advisors about their accounts, update the bank's internal systems, process tasks accurately and timely, problem solve, completing reports where necessary, follow Client Service Level Agreements and regulatory requirements. The Banks also has a huge focus on customer service, therefore it is imperative that you have past customer service experience and will enjoy working with the Bank's clients.
Suitable candidates must have call handling experience, enjoy giving great customer service, be comfortable using computer systems, fully IT literate, want to work in a team toward common goals and past financial services experience would be an advantage.
