Job Description
Join this industry global leader whose areas of specialism span across a complete range of accounting administration, shareholder and corporate services for hedge funds and combined investment schemes. Working in the middle office this is a diverse role that will present the successful applicant with a range of new and varied challenges. Supporting front office P&L preparation across all product types incorporating equities, fixed income and related derivative products, reviewing and understanding the effects of portfolio trading, pricing, hedging on the daily P&L to enable the clients to effectively implement their trading and hedging strategies. You will have regular contact with clients dealing with trading, operations and finance functions as well as continuous relationship management across multiple hedge fund clients. Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with accounting regulations, preparing weekly estimates and monthly NAV`s as well as providing support for the integration and conversion of new clients This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Fund Accounting looking to move into a role that will see them working closely with the front office with regular client contact. A minimum of 2 years previous Fund Accounting experience is essential along with degree and accounting qualifications.
