Job Description
As the operations manager you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of customer services, the design and maintenance of the operating system and procedures, customer relationships, complaint resolutions, leadership and team building and the development of individuals under your management.The key requirement for this role is a proven ability to manage company resources and teams of staff. You will be capable of leading, motivating and confidently directing up to 20 staff members. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level, and you must have a solid record of at least ten years' supervisory and management experience within the banking/insurance sector.Back-office experience will be an asset, although there is a fundamental requirement for the role holder to have had significant front-office experience of managing an international client base. This level of experience is required in order to ensure that the delivery of key services is efficient, consistent and competitive.
