An excellent opportunity has arisen within this progressive practice for Remortgage Paralegals. Working from their Manchester office, you will be working as part of a team handling your own caseload of files. Responsibilities will include receiving new instructions, obtaining office copy entries, dealing with Transfers of Equity and checking lenders' instructions. You will also issue documentation to borrowers, apply for searches, issue final certificates and deal with registration of documents.

Prospective candidates must have gained previous remortgage experience and be capable of handling their own caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion stage. Candidates must be able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
