Job Description
Our client a major European insurance group have a requirement for a Contract Insurance Accountant to be based in their offices near Bracknell, Berkshire. Your key responsibility is to provide support in relation to the recording and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements. Key tasks will include updating, reconciling, reviewing and managing a portfolio of technical accounts in accordance with UK GAAP, IFRS, Group and regulatory requirements. You will also assist in the preparation of quarterly technical forecast and annual technical plans. Providing assistance/support to external auditors. You should possess previous insurance experience and in return will receive an hourly rate of between £20-£30. The contract is expected to last one year.
