Reporting to the Finance Manager of Corporate FP&A, this is a unique opportunity to build, develop and document guidelines for the planning, forecasting, budgeting and other performance management activities.

We are looking for a talented Assistant Finance Manager to help enhance the level of financial rigor in the organisation.
Reporting to the Finance Manager of Corporate FP&A, this is a unique opportunity to build, develop and document guidelines for the planning, forecasting, budgeting and other performance management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in the preparation, review and implementation of the annual business plans for business divisions
- Monitor and report on progress made against business plans
- Be responsible for cost control reviews and reporting to management on findings and providing recommendations
- Provide supporting financial analysis for various business divisions including the Payments, Security, HR, IT Infrastructure and Customer Support teams
- Assist in Quarterly P&L Forecast process, forecast consolidation across the company, comment on variances to Budget and present Forecasts to Management
- Assist in Monthly Management performance review - comparing actual performance to Forecast and Budget
- Work closely with the Accounting and Reporting group to ensure that the necessary systems and processes are in place to derive the data and reports necessary to evaluate operating results.
Our ideal candidate:
Will be a qualified Accountant or have a bachelors or advanced degree in Business/Finance with a minimum 3 years work experience in an accounting role
You will be able to demonstrate excellent management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and be a driven, energetic and proactive individual who has a desire to add value in all areas of responsibility.
In addition you will have:
- Excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Project management skills
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- First class interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with peers and senior management
- An ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Be a competitive, results orientated team player.
