Group Financial Controller 

Our client is listed on the UK stock exchange and operates on a global basis with a strong acquisition strategy. Controlling all group reporting this role will suit candidates with previous international PLC experience, wanting to take a lead on technical issues, in particular IFRS.  Managing a department  with several reports, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

*  Preparation of group stats

*  Consolidation of management accounts and reporting

*  Maintaining group cashflow/treasury

*  Ownership of group accounting manual and finance handbook

*  Ensuring financial integration of acquisitions

You will be technically strong - an IFRS Champion. This is a hands on, practical role; tight deadlines and a demanding schedule are a matter of course and the successful candidate must be able to manage this. A confident manner and the drive, commitment and determination to succeed are essential.
