Job Description
Accounts Assistant required you will be responsible for posting on incoming cash on a daily basis. This can be anything from Credit Card payments, Cheques, BACS and CHAPS. You will reconcile this information on a daily basis and manage any inconsistency resolving queries where necessary.
An accounts assistant who has worked on a cashbook. It is someone who works efficiently and accurately with real attention to detail. You will need to know how the payments systems operate and be competent posting onto an electronic ledger. A confident individual who is keen to develop their career within accounting.
