Junior broker required by FSA regulated stockbroker specialising in AIM and IPO'S stocks. My client is looking to hire a junior broker for their London offices. 

The position will involve calling potential company leads to gain an understanding of the clients investment needs and running each client through a KYC form (know your client). 

You will advise private clients on AIM shares and IPO stocks and give regular trading advice with a view to building an ongoing portfolio of stocks for your clients. (By law you cannot give investment advice unless you are FSA registered which requires both FSA exams and be deemed a fit and proper person). 

The right candidates will as a minimum have passed the financial rules and regulations and looking to take the securities paper, have a first class telephone manner, be consultative and able to build rapport with clients to create an ongoing successful business relationship. 

You must be from a target driven sales background, preferably b2c sales. You will be intelligent, self motivated, tenacious and above all money hungry. Having previous broking experience and an existing client base would be advantageous. 

In return you will be offered a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.
