Job Description
A tier 1 US Investment Bank is seeking a very strong real estate equity analyst for its real estate equities fund. Suitable candidates will have analyst or associate level experience as an equity analyst on listed real estate stocks or REITs. You will have a solid knowledge of European, or global listed REITs and stocks and be able to think creatively about real estate markets. You will also have excellent financial modeling skills. The role involves working directly alongside an award-winning fund manager on a substantial (+$1bn AUM) real estate fund, making investment recommendations.
