This leading private equity fund with a global reach is seeking an associate who will be able to assist in a vital new investment area for the fund. Since the latest fund raised the firm has over $6bn to deploy and wish to take on an associate coming from a background in metals & mining. The role will be focussed principally on the execution of new investments and dealing with potential investment ideas.

The successful candidate for this role is likely to come from a Natural resources team within an Investment Bank or a fund that is already focussing upon this investment area. Strong modelling skills and knowledge of the key players in this market will be essential for success in this team.
