With over £1bn to invest in direct private equity investments the opportunity is to work with a collection of individuals with cumulatively over 100 years experience in private equity. Whilst many funds are looking to compete for the mega buy-outs this fund has a history in completing deals with enterprise value of typically no more than £250 million.

The ideal candidate will have a network of contacts throughout the UK through alumni networks and professional dealings. You are also likely to be working within a leading Investment Bank in Leverage Finance or an M&A team with a history of UK transactions. Others who may be considered are those working for top management consultancy houses as their fundamental analysis and strategic insight will be well aligned throughout the team.

The fund is seeking those who are at the analyst level or equivalent with superb academics from leading Universities. Those with an inquisitive mind and a real passion for investment in this space will have a natural advantage.
