Job Description

Our client, a Global leading Investment Bank is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in client and trading activity. Based in the heart of the City of London, the Equity Derivatives Trade Support team are looking for a new team leader due to the current person moving to an internal project. Duties include:
- Supervise daily work flow and lead the team
- Recruiting, appraisals, team issues and supporting the team
- Sign off teams work for example reconciliations, trade booking etc..
- Trade Process improvements and enhancements
- Operational and Trade risk issues
- Working with trades on efficient trade booking and trade enhancement issues
- Liaison with internal and external parties surrounding trade discrepancies and issues
- Project and Business Analysis work.
To qualify, ideally educated to degree level and have experience of supervising a team with knowledge of Equity Derivatives.
