From day one you will be engaged in generating new deals, sourcing potential targets, arranging and leading meetings with management teams and other transaction related parties throughout the CEE region.

You will oversee the entire gamut of the investment process delivering investment proposals and executing efficiently.

Depending on language skills and sector experience you will be placed accordingly but given as much opportunity as possible to work outside of the obvious remits and expand your skill set beyond the your current limits. This will include working with various team members across regional sites and geographical coverage whilst remaining fairly generalist in industry focus, albeit they have a high degree of expertise in Consumer & Retail, TMT, Business and Financial Services and Industrials.

Suitable individuals will be extremely eager to work hard and must demonstrate exceptional academic and professional credentials as well as a genuine and justified interest in this opportunity. You will have developed first class technical skills and ideally have had some exposure to strategic consulting to cover the commercial aspects so vitally important in any Private Equity deal. With all this, what will then truly separate you from the rest is your ability to communicate ideas effectively at all levels and build strong business relationships.

In terms of language skills, most important are: one or more of Romanian, Czech, Turkish and Polish.
Other languages are equally useful so welcome all the same.
