Job Description
This market leading globally recognised Employee Benefits consultancy is looking to recruit an additional telemarketing consultant to generate appointments for field based sales consultants.
Benefits include an excellent basic salary of up to £30,000, pension, healthcare and additional employee benefits as well as the opportunity to earn up to an additional 25% of basic salary in bonus if appointment targets are met.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and resourceful team player with the following experience and abilities
· Outbound telesales experience
· Excellent telephone manner
· Proven track record of achieving revenue and activity targets
· Computer literate
· Great communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with all levels across our organisation.
· Accuracy and attention to detail are essential and the candidate needs to be highly numerate and literate with a good writing ability
· The candidate must be enthusiastic and keen to work in a fast moving and fun environment.
· Demonstrate an ability to prioritise.
- Be a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal/people skills
