Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a rapidly expanding Employee Benefit Consultancy who already have a loyal and substantial client base. They depend on service and communication with their clients to ensure a close knit working relationship.
They require an Employee Benefits Manager to be the linchpin between themselves and their clients, someone to take control of existing clients and new ones brought into the company with client retention paramount.
You will be expected to be able to provide advice across insured pensions, group risk and healthcare arrangements against current climates and if any adjustments to the schemes are required or any action is necessary.
You will also be required to present to groups of employees on the benefits of the schemes and take action with queries, again utilising the company's resources to best fit. To ensure control with clients, you will be expected to manage a small team of administrators.
This opportunity would suit an experienced EB individual who is ready to take their step into consultancy, ideally from a Senior Admin role whom has had client facing exposure, or a consultant who does not want sales and a servicing position only.
Applicants should be FPC/CF1-5 (or equivalent) or working towards.
