Our client, a globally based professional consultancy, is keen to recruit an experienced Team Manager to lead and motivate a team of Flexible Benefits Administrators.
Although a background within flexible benefits administration is preferred, the client is keen to consider applicants from the broader insurance/financial services industry with the required management experience.
The duties involve all aspects of Team Management including conducting 1:1's, performance management, training and development, setting and checking of work and disciplinaries.
You will also take the responsibility of representing the admin function at client meetings.
