The Company 

This is a new company started by a number of senior respected individuals within the employee benefits / pensions sector.

These individuals have decades of experience between them developing corporate business, focusing on the SME market.

They are now a medium sized consultancy and have reached a position to recruit an account consultant to continue developing relationships with scheme members, trustees etc alongside the Directors. 

Job Purpose 

To provide education and advice to the employees of a portfolio of clients though Group Presentations and One to One meetings, as well as through other communication channels, i.e. telephone, email, writing. 

To provide advice associated to the membership of Occupational Pension Schemes (DB and DC), Group Personal Pension Plans, Group Stakeholder Pensions, Group Risk benefits and other supplementary elements associated to Employee Benefit Plans. 

Requirements of the Role 

You will need a sound understanding of DC schemes with a good knowledge of DB arrangements to be able to converse with clients in a confident manner.

Client facing experience.

Ideally you should hold a clean driving licence.
