Join one of the leading actuarial and employee benefits consultancies where you will be part of a busy team providing ongoing support of a portfolio of Bespoke and Flex Direct clients and overseeing various projects. Reporting to the Flexible Benefits Manager, you provide high quality support to the relevant Advisor of your portfolio of clients, coordinate various Launch and Renewal projects for both Flexible Benefits and TRS, and respond to ad hoc data & Flexible Benefit queries. The successful Flexible Benefits Coordinator will need to issue monthly Fee Invoices, identify and act on all fee earning opportunities and be fully conversant with compliance procedures and obligations ensuring that these are followed. Detailed knowledge of the various employee benefits available within each scheme including PMI, DIS, PHI, CI, PA, Pensions would be desirable as well as a good understanding of the overall Flexible Benefits structure for these schemes. A detailed knowledge of benefit spends options (gross flex deductions, gross payroll deductions, net payroll deductions) and the tax and NI implications would also be an advantage. This Flexible Benefits position would suit someone with a thorough understanding of Flex & TRS system structures, a high degree of customer service focus and who possess advanced / intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills. There is the opportunity to progress into a Consultants role longer term.
