They are looking for a Flexible Benefits Administrator to work within their Flexible Benefits administration team servicing both employee, client and benefit provider queries in relation to flexible benefit schemes. You will help provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs and to develop the clients’ knowledge of flexible benefits schemes. Other duties including being a point of reference for standard automated cases and undertake non-automated activities, communicating effectively with client/members via the telephone and dealing with queries and requests by the use of the flexible benefits administration system. You will also be involved in the undertaking of both enrolment and ongoing administration, and monthly payroll and provider processing and file checking. The flexible benefits administrator will need to build relationships with the clients and the benefit providers and to ensure service levels are achieved as well as assisting in more complex / project work when required e.g. annual scheme renewal. Previous experience in flexible benefits administration would be an advantage and a pass at C or above for Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent would be essential. This flexible benefits administration role would suit individuals who are able to work to a high level of accuracy, who also work well under pressure to meet targets and who possess strong interpersonal skills which include good verbal communication.
