This independent Employee benefits consultancy has an opportunity to join their expanding Group Risk & Healthcare team. You will be part of a busy team responsible for implementing and managing the Risk departments training & competency programmes for your direct reports. In addition, you will manage your team’s workflow and interactions with the Operations department. You will be responsible for managing your teams’ appraisals and where appropriate other HR issues. In addition to this you will also provide high quality consultancy and administration service to a small portfolio of clients in respect of their Risk contracts and other related benefits. Opportunities to cross sell Healthcare consulting services and pension and flex products would be strongly encouraged. Experience of Group Risk &/or Healthcare gained within a consulting environment is desirable. This role would suit a senior consultant looking for the next step in their career.
