This actuarial consultancy has over 1,500 employees operating from more than 80 global locations are currently looking for an experienced Flexible Benefits Consultant. You will provide a high quality service to your portfolio of clients including implementation and benefit design. The successful Flexible Benefits Consultant will identify and act on all fee earning opportunities and be fully conversant with compliance procedures and obligations ensuring that these are followed. Detailed knowledge of the various employee benefits available within each scheme including PMI, DIS, PHI, CI, PA, Pensions would be desirable as well as a good understanding of the overall Flexible Benefits structure for these schemes. A detailed knowledge of benefit spends options (gross flex deductions, gross payroll deductions, net payroll deductions) and the tax and NI implications would also be an advantage.
