Main duties and responsibilities:

* Single point of contact for all client queries Identify any department/client inefficiencies and work with SCM / IT to resolve.

* Take ownership for a selection of clients - focusing on high revenue protection and increasing STP through client consultancy, client visits and any other operational issues that may arise.

* To supply technical data and answer Client queries about international products.

* To liaise with global offices to ensure data is consistent, current and up to date.

* Provide ad hoc support to Fixed Income / Equity and PB Sales and marketing teams be it on pitches, client visits or queries.

* Understand the expiration process for Fixed Income, Equity and Commodity products and aware of the implications of the subsequent deliveries.

* Ability to identify risks and escalate to management accordingly.

* Share information on clients with other product areas to leverage on opportunities for new business.

* Vision to review manual processes and share ideas with the team to further enhance and automate.

Qualifications:

* A Level and degree or equivalent experience.

* Knowledge of the Listed Derivative Clearing industry.

* Ability to provide top rate client service whilst dealing with large numbers of internal customers.

* Experience in listed derivative client services, handling of large number of clients.

* GMI, MS Office.

* Macro level of Excel, Powerpoint etc.
