Institutional Sales Roles - Banking Sector
My client is a very successful and fast-growing online trading company providing comprehensive online derivatives trading to individual and Institutional customers throughout the world. Based in Canary Wharf, London, my client is seeking experienced Institutional Sales people for challenging positions in our Institutional Sales Team across EMEA.
Success requires a high degree of professional sales ability, industry knowledge and project management skills and the ability to bring a project together. You have experience from a financial sales position, preferably having sold retail Forex, CFD's and futures products as white label turn key solutions to financial institutions. The team will target the EMEA region, so an international mindset in this roll and language skills will be beneficial.

As a part of the exclusive Institutional Sales and Account Management team, your primary task is to prospect, probe for needs, create value proposals based on my clients UK award winning products and finalizing the sale which will then be followed by making sure that the clients are set up and trained properly on how to best leverage our outstanding experiences, resources and product solutions to deliver our institutional clients the best solutions available in our industry.
Sales experience, financial knowledge and an international mindset
My clients aim to become the best within our business, and therefore we place great demands on and have high expectations of our employees. In turn we expect that you have:
- Knowledge of financial products, including forex, stocks and bonds, preferably from a bank, brokerage or similar financial company to ourselves
- Ideal candidate must have strong prospecting, networking and solid track record of sales performance
- The successful candidate will be at Associate level or above with significant experience selling FX, CFD and Spread Betting products to; banks, hedge funds, asset managers, brokerage and online trading companies. You will ideally have a transferable client base covering several institutions throughout EMEA.
- Ability to communicate comfortably in several languages is desirable
- In terms of your personality we expect that you are passionate about success and top achievement as well as profit oriented, self-confident, extrovert, service oriented, proactive and strongly committed to everything you do. Basically you enjoy SELLING!!
