Derivative Documentation Clerk - Client Liaison Officer
£25.00 PH

This excellent opportunity for an Equity Derivative Documentation analyst with a background as a client liaison officer has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank.

This role will see you effectively manage your client relationships in order to support and provide Documentation assistance. This reason for this is to maximise your contribution to your Client's in terms of productivity and control.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

•Working within the Corporate Documentation Team
•Working with specific allocation of Counterparties, building a positive and pro-active relationship with clients to ensure they focus on the firm.
•Point of contact for all Derivative Documentation queries, ensuring all outstanding confirmations are signed and returned in line with the Bank's procedures
•Negotiating and liaising with the trading, marketing, middle office, legal and client services teams and escalating queries in a timely manner
•Pro-active monitoring of own accounts and ensures that team and individual targets are met.
•Anticipate issues and take necessary action to ensure that potential risks do not materialize, and economic issues are resolved quickly and effectively
•Gain a detailed understanding of the Asset classes supported by the department, Credit and Equity Derivatives and Rate products

You must have strong communication skills, be pro-active, assertive to solve skills and establish root causes of problem trades. You must have a good understanding Credit and Equity Derivatives.
