Responsibilities include:

• To manage any new business initiative or requirement on behalf of the business area. This could include brand new products / Trading on new markets or on new currencies
• To ensure that there are accurate and comprehensive Operational guides / Procedures on all projects undertaken.
• Training on these initiatives should also be provided to the key areas responsible for running with this project such as Middle office or Operations.
• To look for ways to improve the processes we already have to help drive change and maximize efficiencies and drive down costs.
• Look to participate in regular meetings on topics surrounding our Securitised Products or new Product initiatives.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on a wide variety of issues / problems which get raised by all areas.
• When required assist in new system enhancements and assist in any UAT requirements.

Who we're looking for

• Degree level educated (or equivalent) with minimum of good A level qualifications (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in working in Financial Markets environment.
• A good knowledge of Equity (Derivative) products and an understanding of how the workings of Euroclear/Clearstream and other mature CSD's also very advantageous.
• Experience in running projects, and also knowledge of using PowerPoint and Word in presentation production.
• Previous experience of working with the FO, ability to explain and communicate well.
• Previous experience of working in a high volume environment.
• Good team player skills
• Proven ability in identifying issues and helps to develop successful solutions.
• Strong and effective communications skills.
