My client, a city based broker, are looking to hire a customer retention manager to develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention.

The role will involve:
• Working with the sales department to increase activation rates of dormant clients
• Develop and implement targeted customer retention initiatives
• Meeting targets set out for customer retention
• From research and analysis of data identify key indicators in customer satisfaction from given customer groups
• Responsible for communication initiatives to deliver proactive and reactive messages across the group brand
• Use all available means to work with other department heads to deliver proactive customer relationship programmes
• Working with other department heads to increase understanding and awareness of customer satisfaction issues and implement improvement programmes
• Measure and report on the success of retention initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 3 years marketing or related experience
• Be able to demonstrate previous customer retention experience ideally within a financial services background
• A good knowledge of the financial markets and CFD’s
• Have the ability to manage demands from multiple influences and people at all levels
• Have a proactive approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Educated to a minimum of A level standard or above, a marketing related qualification would be preferred
