Working with insolvency practitioners, accountants and solicitors, our client provides direct access to free debt advice for individuals with debt problems. An opportunity has arisen for an IVA Drafter / Insolvency Advisor to join their team.

This role would suit someone with experience of drafting and completing IVA proposals, looking to develop their career with a company offering great opportunities for progression.

As an IVA Drafter / Insolvency Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting income and expenditure reviews with debtors, whilst assessing the viability of an individual voluntary arrangement (IVA).

You will be tasked with:

- Reviewing debtors information to ensure accuracy
- Preparing the IVA proposals for creditors to assess
- Liaising with creditors and debtors regarding queries relating to the IVA proposal

To be considered for the role of IVA Drafter / Insolvency Advisor, you must have:

- Significant experience of drafting and completing IVA proposals
- Grade C or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) or higher

Additionally, you must possess good communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Although not essential, post appointment IVA experience would be a distinct advantage to your application.
