For a well reputed investment firm with several worldwide locations, Huntress Search is looking for a Fixed Income Analyst to join the investment team. We need someone who enjoys building and maintaining spreadsheets, reviewing and capturing data, running analytical reports and producing reports on risk management.
The Fixed Income Analyst will produce reports for fixed income asset strategies by utilising a variety of tools such as Bloomberg Professional and Excel. In addition, will have the opportunity to evaluate and utilise methods to identify and measure investment risk levels as well as utilise research skills to obtain information and analyse various economic data.
Requirements
The Fixed Income Analyst will possess a Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Math. Progression towards a CFA designation and trading desk support experience preferred. MBA recommended.
The person hired for this position will have at least 5-6 years prior experience in fixed income or related investments experience. Experience in providing research and analysis on international fixed income securities, including convertible bonds preferred.
If you meet the above requirements and have excellent computer skills with strong Excel proficiency as well as a practical understanding of the markets and exceptional communication skills we want to speak with you!
