Job Description
My client based near Hanger Lane requires a telephone debt collector.
You will be working for a well respected company with nearly 30 years of experience within Credit Management/ Debt Collection.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent verbal communication skills
The ability to deal with clients with tact and discretion
Be computer literate
Either Customer Service, Sales or Credit Control background
The job content will include:
Credit Control/ Debt collecting
Chasing invoices over the phone, post or via email
Data Inputting
Making and receiving phone calls
Dealing with customer queries
Receiving credit card payments over the phone
The working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
This role will pay between £17,00 and £18,500 depending on experience.
My client's offices have on-site parking and is also directly opposite Hanger Lane Tube - on the Central Line.
